It Started With Lu - Upcoming Sessions

At It Started With Lu, the intention is simple: to hold space where people meet themselves.

Whether through reflection, coaching, sound, creativity or simply spending time in nature, each experience is gently shaped by the herd and the land.
When sessions take place alongside the horses, they are always at liberty, free to move as they choose. There is no riding, and interaction is always optional. You're very welcome to simply observe, reflect and be.

You don't need any experience with horses to attend. Sessions usually take place outdoors with the herd, with the barn space used when needed. Some wellbeing experiences may also take place in your own home or at another mutually agreed venue. Please check individual listings for details.
