I offer supportive, strength-focused training sessions designed to help women build confidence, get stronger, and improve fitness in a welcoming environment.

Whether you’re brand new to strength training or already have experience, my classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you progress at your own pace.

All sessions are coached with a strong focus on technique, encouragement, and helping you feel capable in your body.

Which Class Is Right For You?
⭐️ Kettlebell Strength Class

A 45-minute kettlebell-based strength and conditioning class for women with previous kettlebell experience.
Designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and challenge yourself using kettlebells in a supportive small-group setting.
Suitable for those already confident in the core kettlebell movements or with prior approval/assessment.

⭐️ StrongHER Sessions

A full-body women’s strength training class focused on the fundamental movement patterns of strength training.
Using a variety of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight and resistance tools, these sessions help you build strength, improve movement quality, and feel more confident in the gym environment.
Suitable for all levels — no previous strength training experience required.
