Suitable for all, taking time with breath to settle onto the mat, and a gentle warm up. The focus will be on breath, taking in a slow flow, a few strong holds and some long stretches and twists along the way - these are slower classes working on strength of muscles (and bone density) and the stretch and release of connective tissue - the fascia. We finish with a long Yin pose and final relaxation/Savasana.
Bring your mat and any props you like to use. Bring a blanket for a cosy relaxation!
