Thank you for booking a place on our Baby Massage Course. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before completing your registration.
- 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under consumer rights regulations, you are entitled to a full refund within a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your booking.
Exception: If your course starts within 14 days of booking, you explicitly request the service to begin during the cancellation period. In this instance, the cooling-off period ends as soon as the first class takes place, and no refunds will be issued.
- Standard Booking & Cancellations
Outside of the 14-day cooling-off period (or once the course has commenced), all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable to future course dates.
- Missed Classes
We are unable to offer refunds, partial refunds, or make-up sessions for individual classes missed due to personal circumstances, child illness, holiday, or scheduling conflicts.
- Course Provider Cancellations (Instructor Illness or Unforeseen Events)
If a class or session must be canceled by the instructor (for example, due to illness or emergency):
We will offer a rescheduled replacement session at a suitable date and time, OR
A pro-rata refund for the specific class that was canceled if a replacement cannot be provided or attended.
