Pure Pilates with Olya

Hi, welcome, my name is Olya and I have been teaching Pilates for just over 9 years. My classes are suitable for all ages and abilities from beginner through to advanced. New movements are provided every week and we finish the class with relaxation.

Pilates is a series of exercises of low impact, so kind on your joints and aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates can be performed with or without equipment, but no matter what, you can expect the moves to involve precise movements, breath control and concentration.

Tickets are non refundable and non transferable. Tickets will be transferred if the class does not run due to me not being able to teach.

I am self employed and this is my only source of income. If I allow tickets to be transferred, I will not make enough money for my business to be sustainable.

I ask that you book a week in advance so I know if there are enough people in the class to justify running it as the studio needs to be paid for.

Your attendance at my classes allows me to continue to invest in your wellbeing. When it comes to teaching Pilates, I will always give more than 100%.
