This is a mixed ability course of 5x 30 minute streamed sessions a week - with playback available at the end of the week so you have time to do missed sessions in your own time. Each session is different and I will send out an outline at the start of each week or block.
You do need to have learnt the unique breathing technique before you join this class.
You will need:
A camera that allows you to see me and me to see you
A mat or comfy carpet - some poses are kneeling!
An exercise band, a massage ball
space to move about
