PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer any credits, refunds, transfers or extra sessions and these will NOT be given once you have completed your booking, so please make your choices carefully and then go ahead and book with confidence.
• As our costs are fixed, fees remain payable in cases of absence. There are no credits, transfers, refunds or reductions for sickness, holidays, or any other outside commitments.
• In the event that classes are cancelled by us or the venue. No refunds are given for cancelled classes. We will either try to re- arrange, or consider a credit or transfer for that class affected. We do not give refunds, credits or transfers, if a student cannot attend a re-arranged class in place of a cancelled class, but will consider these, if the class cannot be re-arranged by us.
• We do not offer any credits, refunds, transfers or extra sessions if classes are cancelled due to FORCE MAJEURE - CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL. (See T&C's on our website)
• Late payments will incur a charge of 20%.
