Meditation and Educational Classes

Join Dawn Waterhouse, LCN, RSHom, for a transformative weekly online meditation experience on Zoom. Discover a supportive environment to release stress and tension, reframe negative narratives, and invite love, hope, and optimism into your life. Each session features healing music to elevate your energy and mood. Every 8 weeks, we offer extended meditation classes for those seeking a deeper practice aligned with the changing seasons. Choose between pay-as-you-go options or a monthly class pass (Meditation Portal), which includes access to replays, seasonal meditations, and monthly Natural Health Empowerment Community Replay sessions at a discounted rate.

Natural Health Empowerment Classes are run once a month on a Wednesday evening, 7.30pm for approximately one hour. These classes are free to attend live, and are £7.50 a month if you would like access to the replays and handouts. (If you are a Meditation Portal Member, the Natural Health Empowerment Community is already included, you do not need to join again) With the monthly pass, there is also access to a community forum for you to ask any health related issues.

Refund policy

In order to book a appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
To keep your deposit, any rescheduling or canceling of appointments require a minimum notice of 24 hours . This policy is in place to ensure that we can efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Standard Appointments:
• If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
• If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment without giving 24 hours notice you will forfeit your 50% deposit and be required to pay a new deposit to re-book an appointment.
• If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment may be cut down to accommodate the remaining time available.
• If you are excessively late and we do not have enough time to provide the service you have booked your appointment will be refused and 50% deposit will be lost.
