K9 Manhunt & Scentwork Scotland – Booking Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with K9 Manhunt & Scentwork Scotland for courses, workshops, lessons, events, and training services. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment
   • All bookings must be made through our official online booking system.
   • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
   • Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged.

2. Non-Refundable Policy
   • All fees paid for bookings are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
   • Once a booking has been made and payment has been processed, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be offered.
   • Please ensure that you are able to attend the date(s) selected prior to making a booking.

3. Transfers and Cancellations
   • If you are unable to attend, you may, at our sole discretion, nominate a replacement participant to attend in your place. This must be agreed in advance and confirmed in writing via email.
   • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses, workshops, or lessons where necessary. In the unlikely event that we cancel an event, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

4. Client Responsibility
   • It is your responsibility to ensure that you and your dog are fit, healthy, and suitable to participate in the booked activity.
   • You must follow all instructions and safety advice provided by K9 Manhunt & Scentwork Scotland staff at all times.
