Cancellation Policy – K9 Manhunt & ScentWork Scotland

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty charge of full amount of the training fee/workshop costs.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Block Booking System

For some of our workshops/classes, we operate a block booking system this means that at the start of the block you pay for the number of classes within that block (usually 4-6). However, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way and it is not always possible to attend several weeks in a row. Therefore, we offer a degree of flexibility with our block bookings, so if there are any classes in your block that you are unable to attend then you can simply book into another available space on our timetable.
Please use the timetable as much as possible to get the most out of your classes, the timetable is sent out on our website. We can not guarantee that you will always be able to make up all missed classes but the more people use the timetable the more likely it is that everyone will get all the classes they want.
Unfortunately it is not possible to omit or refund payment for weeks in which you are on holiday or ill for whatever reason.
Should you need to miss classes for a whole block with at least one months notice we can offer your space in a class to someone else temporarily. We can only hold your place in this way for one block.

We cannot hold places in classes/workshops for which we have not received payment.
