Should you be unable to attend the course/session and wish to cancel your place, please let me know as soon as you are aware, so that I can re-advertise your place or let those on the waiting list know.
A full refund will be given, providing I am given a minimum of 7 days notice. If after this, and I'm unable to sell your place, no refund can be given.

Please note, a ยฃ2 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This is not taken by me, but the booking page and payment system.

Should I need to cancel a session (due to illness or extreme weather conditions, for example) I will refund the session fee or offer an alternative date.
I reserve the right to cancel a course if the minimum numbers required are not met. Should this occur you will be notified in advance of the start date and I will offer an alternative or refund your course fee in full.
