Should you be unable to attend the course and wish to fully cancel your place, please let me know as soon as you are aware, so that I can re-advertise your place or let parents on
waiting list know. A full refund will be given, providing you give me 7 days notice. Should you cancel your place after this, and I am unable to fill your space, only a 50% refund can be
issued.
Should I need to cancel a session (due to illness or extreme weather conditions, for example) I will refund the session fee or offer an alternative date. I reserve the right to cancel a course if the minimum numbers required are not met. Should this occur you will be notified in advance of the start date and I will offer an alternative or refund your course fee in full.
