Yoga has been proven to benefit people by reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, improving chronic pain conditions, and enhancing overall well-being. Research supports its role in lowering blood pressure, improving flexibility, and aiding recovery in patients with conditions like heart disease, musculoskeletal disorders, and mental health issues.
I believe that the benefits of yoga should be accessible across communities, to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances or personal background. The Pay it Forward scheme allows you to contribute towards a spot for someone at a local community chair class within North Lanarkshire, or one to ones (at a discounted rate) who would otherwise be excluded from these settings.

*Stronger Community & Social Connection – Social isolation is a major challenge for many. This class provides a space where people can come together, reduce loneliness, build trust, and foster a sense of belonging within their community.
