All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be credited.

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to another class. Transfers must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time, and can be used for any session within 6 weeks of your original booking.

I really appreciate you letting me know as soon as possible if you can’t make a class, whether you are able to transfer it or not, so your space can be offered to someone else.
