All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be credited.

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to another class. Transfers must be made at least 6 hours before the class start time, and can be used for any session within 4 weeks of your original booking.

I really appreciate you letting me know as soon as possible if you can’t make a class, whether you are able to transfer it or not, so your space can be offered to someone else.
