'Once Upon the Mat' was founded by Adele Quittenden in 2018 with a mission to nurture the minds and bodies of tomorrow.

Adele is fully qualified & insured pregnancy/postnatal, baby yoga, massage & reflexology teacher. She is a fourth trimester & developmental play practitioner so her wealth of knowledge and her own experience of a mother is invaluable to new families.

Adele is also a kids/teen yoga teacher and currently partnered with many local schools & holiday camps.
