P4 Coaching Ltd does not issue refunds for any reason, including non-attendance unless the club has been cancelled by the company.

P4 Coaching are unable to issue credit notes or refunds due to a venue we use for any holiday camps or clubs closing, a school closure or cancellation of any session by the school that affects the after school or before clubs.

If P4 Coaching cancels a club or camp, for any reason within our control, we shall do so with as much notice as possible and you will be offered a full refund. In the event of unsuitable weather or other circumstances beyond our control and the unlikely case that we are unable to run clubs/camps we will provide a credit note.
