P4 Coaching Ltd does not issue refunds for any reason, including non-attendance unless the club has been cancelled by the company.

P4 Coaching are unable to issue credit notes or refunds due to a venue we use for any holiday camps or clubs closing, a school closure or cancellation of any session by the school that affects the after school or before clubs. This includes the event of unsuitable weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

If P4 Coaching cancels a club or camp, for any reason within our control, we shall do so with as much notice as possible and you will be offered a full refund.
