Do you need a private class to help focus and develop your yoga practice? This is an opportunity to do yoga either from the comfort of your own home (i can bring all props) or at my Herisau location. The class will include adjustments and be tailored made to focus on how you are feeling and what you need to do to bring yourself into balance. It's a great opportunity to look after yourself and ideal if you prefer this option to the studio class setting. The price can be split between a second person. Pass is valid for 6 months.
