Through long-held, supported postures, we gently open the body, soften the fascia, and invite the nervous system into rest.
Each session is guided with breath, awareness, and subtle storytelling — creating space to release, to feel, and to return to yourself.
You will be held by the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls, supporting deeper relaxation and integration throughout the practice.
