Any cancellations made within 36 hours will be offered another date to attend (if a single class booking) or a refund. Please contact me via thelotuspathuk@gmail.com advising me you have cancelled and providing me with your bank account details so I can refund the cost of the class.
Cancellation after 36 hours prior to the event - a refund can not be made however the ticket can be transferred to another (woman only for RESTORE) to attend as long as I am advised and an enrolment form is completed 24 hours before the event.
It is requested that no perfume / scented products should be worn when attending treatments / sessions. If a perfume or scented product is worn which forces the Practitioner to cancel the treatment / session due to medical / allergic reactions then no refund will be given.
If the organiser needs to cancel the event then a full refund will be given via bank transfer.
