Cancellations & Refunds

• Yoga Classes: Cancellations made more than 36 hours before the scheduled class time are eligible for a full refund or a transfer to a future date (for single class bookings).
• Reiki, Womb Reiki, 1:1 Sessions, & Workshops: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date.
• Retreats: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the start date are eligible for a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date. Due to the intimate nature of our group workshop and retreat spaces and the deep relaxation practices involved, doors will close promptly at the advertised start time. Out of respect for the sensory environment of our participants, late arrivals of more than 10 minutes cannot be accommodated, and tickets will remain non-refundable.

To request an eligible refund, please email thelotuspathuk@gmail.com to notify me of your cancellation. Refunds will be issued directly back to your original payment method.

Late Cancellations & Ticket Transfers
If you cancel less than 36 hours before a Yoga class, or less than 72 hours before a Reiki session, 1:1, workshop, or retreat, a refund cannot be issued.
However, you may transfer your ticket to another woman to attend in your place, provided that:

1. You notify me of the name change via email.
2. The new attendee completes the mandatory enrolment form at least 24 hours before the event.

Mandatory Enrolment Forms
Completion of the enrolment form is strictly required before participating in any sessions, classes, or events. Participants cannot take part in our offerings until this document has been received. Because this is a core requirement for attendance, no refunds or transfers will be issued if you are denied participation due to an incomplete form.

Other Considerations & Studio Policies

• Scent-Free Environment: To accommodate medical sensitivities, please do not wear perfume or heavily scented products when attending treatments or sessions. If a scented product is worn and results in the cancellation of the session due to a medical or allergic reaction, no refund will be given.

Right to Refuse Service: The Practitioner reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if she feels physically unsafe, disrespected, or abused. In these circumstances, the full fee remains payable and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations by the Business: If a booking or event is cancelled by Deb Stainer T/A The Lotus Path, a full refund will be issued to you via bank transfer.

Booking and/or payment indicates full acceptance of this policy.
