Details

We will tour the fall landscape, sampling the roots, fruits, nuts and regenerating greens of the fall season. We will work to learn more of our trees, herbs, landscape, ecosystem and our relationship to all of it through the lens of foraging the bounty of fall. Though a little less myriad than spring foraging, fall is when the serious calories are offered for stocking the pantry.
