A small group strength and conditioning class, based on the principles of circuit training. Strength and conditioning stations using a variety of equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, battleropes and sleds), working every muscle group.

A highly effective session, designed to boost your metabolic rates for hours after training.

All fitness levels and abilities welcome. Whether you're an absolute beginner, a pro or have an injury to work around, all the exercises can be tailored to your ability.

All classes are non-refundable.
Any classes cancelled by the instructor, will of course be refunded.
