Workout with like minded people in a fun and supportive environment.

A group strength and conditioning class, based on the principles of circuit training. Each session features strength and conditioning stations, that target every muscle group using a variety of equipment, including: dumbbells; kettlebells; TRX suspension trainers; battle ropes and sleds.

This class is highly effective for building strength, improving endurance and boosting your overall fitness.

All fitness levels and abilities welcome. Whether you're an absolute beginner, a seasoned pro, or working around an injury, the workout can be tailored to suit your individual needs and abilities.
