Details

We will dance to let go of the old limitations that live within our mind, we will dance to release and create space for the new possibilities, dynamic and with courage we open to the unknown.
To hold us deep in the stillness we will be bathed in a sound bath to complete the journey.

Instructions

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket for the sound bath.
