One to one yoga is a bespoke offering that’s created just for you, your unique body and your changing emotions. One week, we might explore alignment in your body, or a breath practice, the next we may have a restorative practice or sound healing session to release and restore.

Sessions can be held at your home or in my home gym/ studio. Alternatively, after discussion, we may hold the session at an alternative location that is more suitable for you.
