Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If Hunters Quay cancels/postpones/rearranges any event customers are entitled to a full refund back to their original payment method.
- Customers who book activities through the Website or at one of the Resort Activity Booking points have until 24 hours prior to the event start to cancel with a full refund to their method of payment.
- Any activity or event booked and not cancelled within 24 hours (or any no-shows) will not be refunded.
- Hunters Quay reserves the right to cancel any activity at any time without notice.
- All outdoor activities are weather dependent and the decision of Hunters Quay Resort team is final.
