If Hunters Quay cancels/postpones/rearranges any event customers are entitled to a full refund back to their original payment method.
Customers who book activities through the Website or at one of the Resort Activity Booking points have until 24 hours prior to the event start to cancel with a full refund to their method of payment.
Any activity or event booked and not cancelled within 24 hours (or any no-shows) will not be refunded.
Hunters Quay reserves the right to cancel any activity at any time without notice.
All outdoor activities are weather dependent and the decision of Hunters Quay Resort team is final.
