🍑BUMBA DANCE FITNESS🎶 Our unique dance party classes with latin & world rhythms to wiggle, giggle & jiggle to! Suitable for all levels, all ages, shapes & sizes! Whether you're a beginner, older adult or fitness fanatic!

🍑BUMBA DANCE SITNESS 🪑Our fun & completely chair based variation which is still a great workout & good for the core too!

Both classes have an achievable flow for all, whilst being kinder on the knees & can be taken completely at your own pace, allowing you to move as gentle, as flavoursome & as energetic as you feel, taking it easier or upping your game if you wish!

🎧🔥SILENT BEACH RAVES🌊 offer a multi-genre freestyle dance experience with silent disco headsets, down at the beach, inviting you to drop out of your head & into your body. Open to all levels of comfort & expression!

💫GONG BATHS💫 an invitation to explore the healing vibrational powers of the gongs to cleanse, reset, heal & journey. Trusting you shall receive the medicine your body, mind & soul needs at the time, through deep relaxation. Helping you to let go of stresses, pain, anxieties, emotional, physical & energetical tensions.

☕All of our workshops & classes are followed by additional time for a leisurely exit, an optional complimentary cuppa & chat (except outdoors - bring a flask!)

*Spaces are limited at all of our classes & workshops, for your best experience.

Should you miss your chance, please do join our waiting lists to receive priority over any additional spaces that may become available & should you need to cancel, please let us know asap as this may enable someone else with the chance to dance or trance!*

Politica de reembolso

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY -

Once booked places are non-refundable; including cancellations, no shows, missed or unredeemed passes. This is due to running costs, time involved, limited spaces & potential loss of earnings.

It is down to management's discretion whether any individual ticket places may be transferred, which is subject to availability; providing the place can be filled & a minimum of 48 hours notice is provided for all Gong Baths & workshops, prior to the start time & 24 hours notice is provided for Bumba Dance Fitness & SITness classes, prior to the start time. This is not guaranteed.

Cancelling within the set cancellation time periods stated forfeits your fee. Should you give enough notice &/or we can fill your place then you may be able to transfer. Alternatively you are most welcome to gift to a friend or family member.

Management reserves the right to resell ticket spaces in the event of no shows or late cancellation, by the event start time.

Partial/full reimbursements as credits may be considered for class/workshop cancellation by the instructor only, due to adverse traffic/weather conditions, instructor sickness, venue closure, or other extenuating circumstances, due to the set up costs involved in running sessions; which is beyond our control.
