I’m Jess, a yoga teacher, coach, Reiki practitioner and sound bath facilitator. Through Soul, I offer weekly yoga in Gorey and Arklow, 1:1 Soul Sessions, Reiki, retreats and community events.

My work supports you through stress, burnout, life changes and personal growth, with a gentle, holistic approach. I combine coaching, yoga, mindfulness and somatic practices to help you better understand yourself, reconnect with what matters and take meaningful steps forward.

Alongside my coaching and holistic work, I’m currently studying for a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy. This is deepening my understanding of the mind, body, emotions and human experience, while supporting me to hold space with greater awareness, compassion and care.

Coaching offers a supportive space to pause, reflect and explore what you need. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, managing stress or burnout, building a business, or seeking more clarity and confidence, our sessions are tailored to you. Together, we can explore your goals, identify patterns that may be holding you back and create practical, realistic steps towards the life and work you want.

Refund Policy.

At Soul, we hold space with intention, care, and energy. We understand that life can shift, and we do our best to accommodate when possible.

Single Event Tickets:
Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a future offering or to another guest with at least 24 hours’ notice before the event start time. Please contact us via email or DM to arrange a transfer, and we will try our best to accommodate your request where possible.

Four-Week Series & Multi-Day Events:
Tickets for events longer than one day (including our four-week series) are non-refundable and non-transferable. This allows us to maintain the integrity of the container and hold space for those fully committed to the journey.

No-Show & Late Notice Policy:
If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the case of a no-show, the ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable.
