Soul Yoga & Growth

Soul Yoga & Growth is a wellbeing space on 25 Esmonde street Gorey, Wexford, created for those who feel the call to slow down, reconnect, and reset.

Our offerings include:
• Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa & Foundations)
• Guided Meditation
• Somatic Practices
• Reiki
• Cacao Ceremonies
• Sound Healing
• Women’s Circles

Sessions are available as 1:1 experiences or within small, intimate groups designed to feel supportive and free from pressure.

Each practice is rooted in helping you build a practical inner toolbox — tools you can carry into everyday life to support clarity, resilience, and balance.

You may arrive knowing exactly what you’re looking for. Or you may simply know that something needs attention. Both are welcome here.

Refund Policy.

At Soul, we hold space with intention, care, and energy. We understand that life can shift, and we do our best to accommodate when possible.

Single Event Tickets:
Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a future offering or to another guest with at least 24 hours’ notice before the event start time. Please contact us via email or DM to arrange a transfer, and we will try our best to accommodate your request where possible.

Four-Week Series & Multi-Day Events:
Tickets for events longer than one day (including our four-week series) are non-refundable and non-transferable. This allows us to maintain the integrity of the container and hold space for those fully committed to the journey.

No-Show & Late Notice Policy:
If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the case of a no-show, the ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable.
