The Space Within Wellbeing Studio, Manor Farm, Cranfield Road, Astwood (nr Bedford), MK16 9JU.

(Officially in Buckinghamshire, surrounded by North Bedfordshire villages, less than 10 minutes from Bromham, Biddenham, Great Denham, Cranfield, Turvey).

IMPORTANT WHEN BOOKING A BLOCK OF CLASSES!!
When booking more than one class, please click and select each class date individually from the calendar on the left; the system will then place these separate classes in the shopping cart and apply any discounts before asking you to pay.
(Do not use the + button to increase the number as this refers to how many people are booked on to a class, not the number of classes booked).

For TREATMENTS and LIFE COACHING, please find a timeslot in the calendar and book it here, even if your treatment duration is less than the 2 hour slot. Start time remains unless we arrange otherwise.
