The Space Within - Wellbeing Studio

The Space Within Wellbeing Studio, Manor Farm, Cranfield Road, Astwood (nr Bedford), MK16 9JU. (Opposite 1, Cranfield Road - please use this for satnavs/google maps).

We are between Bedford and Milton Keynes (on the Beds/MK border, near Cranfield, Wootton, Bromham, Stagsden, Chichley, Newport Pagnell and also Olney.

YOGA - WORKSHOPS - RETREATS - TREATMENTS - COACHING
(Please note, some classes and workshops are to be booked directly with the practitioner, info for this is given in the class descriptions)

For TREATMENTS and LIFE COACHING, please find a timeslot in the calendar and book it here, even if the duration varies to the slot given (the start time remains the same and I will update the calendar accordingly). ACCESSIBILITY - NB: There is a car park at the venue, however it is not particularly wheelchair/pram friendly as it is stony, also the entrance to the studio does not have a ramp.
