Refunds and Cancellations
Tommy Tumble Town reserves the right to close at any time if imperative for your safety or for matters out of our control. If this occurs, we will issue full refunds or transfer your booking to another session.
ROLE PLAY & STAY AND PLAY BOOKINGS
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund. Transfers to another date can be arranged with 24 hours notice.
BLOCK BOOKINGS
Block Bookings are non-refundable. Where possible, we will try to offer you an alternative session if a like-for-like session is available.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Special Event bookings, such as Themed Events (e.g. Easter, Halloween, Christmas etc) and Character Visits, are non-refundable,, regardless of the notice given.
PARTY BOOKINGS
Parties cancelled with less than two weeks notice will not be eligible for a refund.
All refunds are subject to a processing fee of £1
