Tommy Tumble Town reserves the right to close at any time if imperative for your safety or for matters out of our control. If this occurs, we will issue full refunds or transfer your booking to another session.
Customer cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund. Transfers to another date can be arranged with 24 hours notice.
Parties cancelled with less than two weeks notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds are subject to a processing fee of £1.
