Join us for a nourishing London Day Retreat, to help you pause, reset, and reconnect.
Sunday 16th November 2025 – 10am to 5pm @ Riverside Studios, Hammersmith W6 9BN
We’ll begin with an opening circle and a short grounding meditation to arrive fully in the space, followed by a 75-minute Vinyasa practice to awaken body and mind.
After practice, we’ll share a wholesome brunch at the venue, followed by a refreshing group walk along the river — the perfect way to aid digestion and recharge.
The afternoon unfolds gently with Iren Merdynian from Cacao Connexion, who will lead us on a ceremonial cacao journey before easing into restorative and somatic yoga.
To close, I will guide you into Yoga Nidra, leaving you deeply rested, centred, and renewed.
This retreat is an invitation to step away from the busyness of daily life and return home to yourself.
