For once, I was at the Specialists Outpatient Clinic, not as a capacity of a doctor, but rather as an independent observer. Equipped with Quality Improvement tools and a positive mindset, I ventured forth and was able to witness first hand what a patient, family member, staff nurse and Patient Service Assistant experienced on a daily basis.
