Self Care Sunday is your weekly reset.

Every Sunday morning, you’ll receive a dedicated 30-minute guided video designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself before the week begins. The video can then be accessed for 7 days.

Each session includes:
• Grounding breathwork to calm your nervous system
• Gentle stretching to release tension and improve mobility
• A simple wellness activity to nurture body or mind
• A guided meditation to close the practice with clarity and intention

This is your space to move gently, breathe deeply, and reset without pressure or performance. Just 30 minutes, once a week, to prioritise you.

As a subscriber, you’ll have ongoing access to your sessions so you can return to them anytime during your membership.

This pass entitles you to book any 5 classes in a 1 month persiod (31 days), it can be your choice which class you attend. Each class will need to be confirmed online in order to recieve the zoom details.

Class Refund and Payment Terms and Conditions

The following terms govern the payment structure and refund policy for all clients enrolling in the weekly class schedule via the monthly subscription model.

1. Payment Structure

1.1. Subscription Fee: The client agrees to pay a fixed monthly fee of £32.00 (Thirty-Two Pounds Sterling). This fee secures enrollment for one (1) class per week.

1.2. Annual Calculation: The monthly fee is calculated based on 48 weeks of tuition per year (52 weeks minus 4 weeks allocated for Instructor Holidays), distributed evenly across 12 monthly payments.

1.3. Payment Obligation: The monthly payment is due on a fixed date each month, regardless of the client’s attendance.

1. Instructor Holidays and Class Entitlement

2.1. Instructor Holiday Provision: The subscription fee incorporates up to four (4) weeks per year during which the instructor may take holidays, and the regular weekly class may not be held.

2.2. Alternative Class Entitlement: During the specific calendar month(s) when an Instructor Holiday occurs, the client retains their entitlement to one class per week. The client may use their class entitlement to attend a different, equivalent class offered by the instructor within that same month, ensuring they still receive one class per week on average for the month.

2.3. No Refund for Instructor Holidays: Since an alternative class option is provided (as per Section 2.2), no refunds or credits will be issued for classes missed due to scheduled Instructor Holidays.

1. Client Absence Policy

3.1. Sickness and Personal Holidays: No refunds, credits, or catch-up classes will be offered for classes missed by the client due to personal sickness, injury, holidays, or any other personal commitment or absence.

3.2. Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to attend the scheduled weekly class or utilize the alternative class entitlement during Instructor Holiday periods.

1. Discretionary Refund Policy (Client Dissatisfaction)

4.1. Eligibility: If a client is highly dissatisfied with a particular class, they may formally request a review.

4.2. Partial Refund: The Instructor reserves the sole right and discretion to grant a partial refund equivalent to the fee of the single, specific class in question (calculated as £32 divided by 4 weeks, approximately £8.00).

4.3. Limits: This discretionary partial refund applies only to the client’s dissatisfaction with the instruction or service of that specific class. This discretion does not apply to classes missed by the client due to the reasons outlined in Section 3 (Sickness or Personal Holidays).

4.4. Request Submission: All refund requests under this section must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the class in question, detailing the reasons for dissatisfaction.

This pass entitles you to book as many classes as you wish within that current month. Recording for each class you book will be sent afterwards and valid for 1 week. If you cannot attend the class on the date and time it takes place, please book the class so that you still recieve the recording.

1.1. Subscription Fee: The client agrees to pay a fixed monthly fee of £50.00 (Fifty Pounds Sterling). This fee secures enrollment for unlimited classes available on the current schedule.

1.2. Annual Calculation: This subscription is based on the provision of classes for 48 teaching weeks per year (52 calendar weeks minus 4 weeks allocated for Instructor Holidays), with the total cost distributed evenly across 12 monthly payments.

1.3. Payment Obligation: The monthly payment is due on a fixed date each month, regardless of the client’s level of attendance.

1. Instructor Holidays and Class Entitlement

2.1. Instructor Holiday Provision: The subscription fee incorporates up to four (4) weeks per year during which the instructor may take holidays, and the regular schedule may have reduced or no classes running.

2.2. Unlimited Access to Available Schedule: The monthly subscription grants unlimited access to all classes listed on the current schedule. Clients acknowledge that the total number of classes available each month may naturally fluctuate due to the scheduled 4-week annual Instructor Holiday period.

2.3. No Refund for Instructor Holidays: As the subscription is for unlimited access to the available schedule and is calculated based on 48 weeks of service per year, no refund, credit, or reduction in the monthly fee will be issued for classes not running due to scheduled Instructor Holidays.

4.2. Partial Refund: The Instructor reserves the sole right and discretion to grant a partial refund. This refund will be calculated based on a pro-rata weekly rate (calculated as £50 divided by 4 weeks, approximately £12.50). This amount represents a compensation for the service quality during that period.

4.3. Limits: This discretionary partial refund applies only to the client’s dissatisfaction with the instruction or service. This discretion does not apply to non-attendance or classes missed by the client due to the reasons outlined in Section 3 (Sickness or Personal Holidays).

4.4. Request Submission: All refund requests under this section must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the week in question, detailing the reasons for dissatisfaction.
