This pass entitles you to book as many classes as you wish within that current month. Recording for each class you book will be sent afterwards and valid for 1 week. If you cannot attend the class on the date and time it takes place, please book the class so that you still recieve the recording.
Class Refund and Payment Terms and Conditions
The following terms govern the payment structure and refund policy for all clients enrolling in the class schedule via the monthly unlimited subscription model.
- Payment Structure
1.1. Subscription Fee: The client agrees to pay a fixed monthly fee of £50.00 (Fifty Pounds Sterling). This fee secures enrollment for unlimited classes available on the current schedule.
1.2. Annual Calculation: This subscription is based on the provision of classes for 48 teaching weeks per year (52 calendar weeks minus 4 weeks allocated for Instructor Holidays), with the total cost distributed evenly across 12 monthly payments.
1.3. Payment Obligation: The monthly payment is due on a fixed date each month, regardless of the client’s level of attendance.
- Instructor Holidays and Class Entitlement
2.1. Instructor Holiday Provision: The subscription fee incorporates up to four (4) weeks per year during which the instructor may take holidays, and the regular schedule may have reduced or no classes running.
2.2. Unlimited Access to Available Schedule: The monthly subscription grants unlimited access to all classes listed on the current schedule. Clients acknowledge that the total number of classes available each month may naturally fluctuate due to the scheduled 4-week annual Instructor Holiday period.
2.3. No Refund for Instructor Holidays: As the subscription is for unlimited access to the available schedule and is calculated based on 48 weeks of service per year, no refund, credit, or reduction in the monthly fee will be issued for classes not running due to scheduled Instructor Holidays.
- Client Absence Policy
3.1. Sickness and Personal Holidays: No refunds, credits, or fee adjustments will be offered for classes missed by the client due to personal sickness, injury, holidays, or any other personal commitment or absence.
3.2. Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to attend the scheduled classes. The unlimited subscription fee remains payable regardless of non-attendance.
- Discretionary Refund Policy (Client Dissatisfaction)
4.1. Eligibility: If a client is highly dissatisfied with the instruction or service received during a specific week, they may formally request a review.
4.2. Partial Refund: The Instructor reserves the sole right and discretion to grant a partial refund. This refund will be calculated based on a pro-rata weekly rate (calculated as £50 divided by 4 weeks, approximately £12.50). This amount represents a compensation for the service quality during that period.
4.3. Limits: This discretionary partial refund applies only to the client’s dissatisfaction with the instruction or service. This discretion does not apply to non-attendance or classes missed by the client due to the reasons outlined in Section 3 (Sickness or Personal Holidays).
4.4. Request Submission: All refund requests under this section must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the week in question, detailing the reasons for dissatisfaction.
