If you like the idea of a fitness class that feels more like a night out than a workout you’ll LOVE Clubbercise, Fun, easy-to-follow dance fitness routines to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits. Its time to Dance in the comfort of your own home. We offer both high and low impact options making Clubbercise dance fitness classes ideal if you’re just starting out on a fitness regime or if you’re already a fitness freak!

Circuits is a resistance class using body weight and weights, weights can include dumbbells, resistant bands, or if you don't have these available, why not use a couple of tins of beans or a couple bottles of water.
A resistance class is designed to shape your body by toning up your body parts, turning fat into muscle. This class offers both an easier and harder version of each exercise making it ideal for different levels of fitness.

All classes will take place online via ZOOM. You are required to agree a waiver for online workouts which will be sent via email along with the link to the ZOOM meeting/class. Please download the zoom app onto your phone, Ipad or laptop. You can also connect these to your TV using a HDMI cable. We can help you set this up if you get stuck, please get in touch.

On-line Class Price £2.50 per person or week unlimited pass for £7.50.
