If you like the idea of a fitness class that feels more like a night out than a workout you’ll LOVE Clubbercise, Fun, easy-to-follow dance fitness routines to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits. Its time to Dance in the comfort of your own home. We offer both high and low impact options making Clubbercise dance fitness classes ideal if you’re just starting out on a fitness regime or if you’re already a fitness freak!
Circuit training is a whole body workout in which you do one exercise for a set period of time e.g. 30 secs to 1 minute and then move on to another exercise. We will be using a combination of body weight, cardiovascular and weights to achieve this. For weights you can use dumbbells, resistant bands, or if you don't have these available, why not use a couple of tins of beans or a couple bottles of water. This resistance class is designed to shape your body by toning up your body parts, turning fat into muscle. This class offers both an easier and harder version of each exercise making it ideal for different levels of fitness.
All classes will take place online via ZOOM. You are required to agree a waiver for online workouts which will be sent via email along with the link to the ZOOM meeting/class. Please download the zoom app onto your phone, Ipad or laptop. You can also connect these to your TV using a HDMI cable. We can help you set this up if you get stuck, please get in touch.
On-line Class Price £2.50 per person or week unlimited pass for £7.50.
If you haven't attended my class before or haven't been to my class in six months or more you must also fill in the attached Health form and email back to me with your Waiver form.
Please note: Once tickets are purchased they are non refundable but can be transferred to a different class providing 1 hr notice is given prior to the start of the class and there are spaces available.
To do this You Must contact Mel via, email, Facebook messenger or text so she can transfer you.
£7.50 for One weeks worth of classes, 6 in total currently, hoping to add more classes to the mix in the next few weeks.
Offer is valid for any of Mel P Fitness classes running during a week.

The one week unlimited pass offer is only valid for one individual; multiple offers can be purchased for other people.
