Booking, Refunds & Transfer Policy
Ticket types:
Course Bookings:
• Participants are strongly advised to confirm their availability for all scheduled classes within a course prior to booking.
• In recognition of unforeseen circumstances, all course bookings are eligible for a one-time transfer to an alternative class date and time, provided that the request is made and confirmed with the instructor at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled class is due to start.
• Please note that refunds are not available for course bookings.
Single Class Bookings:
• Due to the short 24 hour booking period, single class bookings are final and are not eligible for transfer or refund under any circumstances.
Trial Sessions:
• In recognition of unforeseen circumstances, trial sessions booked well in advance are eligible for a transfer to an alternative class date and time, provided that the request is made and confirmed with the instructor at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled class is due to start.
• Please note that refunds are not available for trial sessions.
It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they are free to attend all classes booked, as all bookings are non-refundable. In the rare case of Dance Remedy canceling a class, an alternative session will be offered. Once agreed, this session will be subject to the same conditions as a single class ticket. Only in extenuating circumstances, where Dance Remedy cannot provide an alternative session, will a refund be offered.
Single class tickets will become available at midday on the day before the relevant dance class, provided there are still spaces available. These single sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
If you have booked a course of classes and are unable to make a session, you may transfer to an alternative class time within the same date period of your course. This transfer is allowed once per course booking and is subject to space availability in the desired class.
