Dance Remedy – Booking, Refunds & Transfer Policy

1. Course Bookings

• Please ensure you can attend all scheduled dates before booking.
• One transfer may be offered only if a suitable alternative class exists AND has available space, and the request is made at least 48 hours before the original session.
• Course bookings are non-refundable.

2. Drop-In / Single Class Tickets

• Drop-in tickets can be booked in advance, subject to space.
• A drop-in ticket may be transferred once to the following week’s class if requested at least 48 hours before the original session.
• Drop-in tickets are non-refundable.

3. Trial Sessions

• Trial sessions booked ahead of time may be transferred to another date if requested at least 48 hours before the original session.
• Trial sessions are non-refundable.

General Policy

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they can attend all booked sessions.
• All bookings are non-refundable.
• If Dance Remedy cancels a class, an alternative session will be offered. Once agreed, this session follows the same conditions as a drop-in ticket.
• Only in rare, extenuating circumstances where no alternative can be provided will a refund be issued.
