At Flourish & Move we like to check-in with you regularly to help keep you motivated but also to lend an ear if needed. To do this we ask you to fill out a check-in at the end of each week, it's completely optional but definitely advisable.
Once you have selected your payment option simply click on the schedule button and from there you can either select which goal setting you wish to join and/or select the 'F&M uploads' to get access to the on-demand content 💙
