Our Science of Stretching™ classes are a proven method of improving flexibility and mobility. Whether you are a runner with tight hamstrings, a golfer that has tight shoulders or a desk worker that wants to reduce general stiffness, this class will help you become more bendy.

Sculpt and Stretch is a dynamic, vinyasa yoga class designed to build strength and flexibility and give you a great workout leaving you feel invigorated!
