I love to create spaces for people to breath, connect with mind and body and come home to themselves.. to build inner resources to thrive not just survive.
I am trained with the British Wheel of Yoga & have learnt Qigong with several different teachers and styles. I am trained to teach mindfulness & compassion with The Mindfulness Association. I am a registered BAMBA ( British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches) teacher
