I love to create spaces. Spaces to step back & tune in. Recognise what's real and what's not. Cultivate the landscape of the mind in the direction of the heart. The road less travelled. I offer this through 8 Week Mindfulness courses, 8 week compassion courses, retreat days, mindfulness yoga & Kind-space coaching.

I am trained with the Mindfulness Association & a registered teacher with BAMBA ( British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches)

Everybody needs a space sometimes. :)
