If you're new to yoga, and feel overwhelmed by pose names, and that you're simply 'not flexible' don't worry I am here to guide you through each pose, and tailoring each pose to your bodies ability.
You will learn the benefits of each pose, and I will offer variations depending on how your body is behaving during each section.

No prior experience is necessary, just turn up, be present, wind down, and feel the inner calm.
