Sierra27 Training Refund and Cancellation Policy
Clear guidelines for payments, cancellations, and refunds
We aim to provide a fair and transparent approach to cancellations and refunds for all Sierra27 Training courses. Please review the following terms before booking:
• Cancellations within 3 days of the course start date are not eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations made between 4 and 7 days prior to the course start date will receive a refund of 33% of the course fee.
• Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days before the course start date will receive a refund of 66% of the course fee.
• For cancellations made more than 14 days in advance, a refund will be issued minus a 7% administration fee to cover processing charges.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. If you have any questions regarding this policy, feel free to contact our support team.
